Clean items gently with warm water and a soft, old toothbrush, a little washing up liquid can be used if needed.
Avoid contact with perfume, hair products, abrasive cleaning products etc. To keep pieces in top condition I recommend that items are stored in the box and acid free tissue they arrive in. It is not recommended that pieces are kept next to other jewellery items or in direct sunlight.

Most pieces can be sent out in 2-4 days. However, made to order pieces can take up to 3 weeks.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and are guaranteed next day delivery. Parcels must be signed for on receipt.
I can send orders anywhere in the world. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For and Airsure. This could take up to 10 days to arrive.
All jewellery will be packed carefully in a gift box.
